Metric Motors is looking for an Office Assistant / Bookkeeper.

The Role:
Collect and record all credit card transactions Reconciling of credit card & vendor monthly statements Ensuring all bills are paid accurately and on time Invoicing customers, fleet accounts, etc.
Keeping track of all monies owed Submitting & tracking labor claims to suppliers Maintain office & workshop supplies Maintain an efficient and accurate inventory system Answering inbound customer calls Sourcing and ordering parts Generating estimates for sales team A Successful Office Assistant / Bookkeeper:
Has high energy Is driven to get work completed ahead of schedule Is highly organized and efficient Is good with numbers Is tech-savvy - good with computers & fast typing skills Is able to handle an extremely fast paced environment Handles well under pressure Must speak clearly on the phone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to our client base.
